Former DV Survivor to Thriver bio I lived through the trauma of domestic abuse, nearly losing my life and enduring a lonely, unsupported recovery while raising a newborn. Traditional therapy didn’t work for me, but yoga and self-inquiry coaching became crucial in my healing journey, helping me reconnect with my body and reframe my trauma. This transformative experience inspired me to become a certified life coach and yoga teacher, with a mission to support others who are on their own paths to healing. I’m passionate about providing the resources and support that I needed during my darkest times, so others don't have to face their struggles alone.
